i do, unfortunately. i started smoking when i was very young and now it's really hard to quit... i know it's disgusting but i'm afraid if i quit i may gain a lot of weight and i'm trying to stay thin now that i'm almost 30

I quit cigarettes back in summer 2014, literally over night. I asked myself why I wanted to smoke and couldn’t think of a good enough reason. Best decision ever.

Wow the people sharing about their struggles with wanting to quit but it being hard, are really relatable. <3 

Same struggle here but with greens. there have been times where ive stopped but went back. I'm practicing better discipline and healthy coping mechanisms. Not saying greens don't work for some people. For me i know i use it as a stress reliever (number) and i dont like using it that way all these years.

I used to smoke   for about 12 years.

I loved it until started to have some health issues so I forced myself to quit 

Now I feel a lot better and can't even stand the smell of someone smoking. It just makes me start coughing

thats so interesting to me because I can’t seem to get addicted to nicotine, not that I have tried but I can smoke a cig or vape for a week until it’s empty, then just stop it all like that and not do it again for like 5 months
