I think she’s just back to using her teeth retainer. The whole lockdown with team con probably messed up her orthodontist schedule. 

Everybody need to keep using their retainer at a regular basis every night or their teeth will go back sideways. You can see that even Jimmy Kimmel use his retainer before he go to bed.
