if only I knew more songs from this year

we're gonna have to figure out a way to make this more varied, so depending on how many submissions we get at the end, I'll probably ask them to cut them to only a few from each artist, or I'll ask the Moderators team to curate the list :P

I'm also thinking about the voting system, because for the poll I see people don't want to list too many songs, so I'll have to either force them to vote for more songs, even if they don't like them, or their points are gonna count less, the less songs they list.

So for example, if they list 100 songs, the voting system remains the same (#1 = 100pts, #2 = 99pts, ... #100 = 1pt)

But if they only list 20,  it's gonna be (#1 = 100pts, #2 = 95pts, #3 = 90pts, ...) or something like that, or maybe calculate some sort of average, depending on how many songs they list, or how many people vote.

Well, we'll see what happens from here until November. Meanwhile I'm gonna update the OP

I have a few ones that are not eligible though, don't be upset thing is I'm favoring the single release date, over the album, so even if the albums came out this year, if the singles were released last year or earlier, I'm not counting them. 

However if the album came out last year, but the single was released this year, they DO count.

So there's Man's World by Marina, doesn't qualify, but I saw there were some remixes released this year, so those do count, do you want me to add them, or just one of them?

Then there's Trouble's Coming, falls in this situation I say, because it came out last year before the album, but you can add another song from the album

And then Death by Rock and Roll too
