There’s no way for us to know it for sure at this point but I think it is highly likely that Rosengart and Jodi’s lawyers already finished the paper work (the commitment letter), because Jodi needs him to tell tomorrow to court if Britney accepts her $50,000 extra cost for her security. So, he should be officially her lawyer by tomorrow’s court hearing.

According to one rumor Britney just got her own security, too, and is safe. (See IG story from houseinhabits).
