The **** planting (if it happened) would HAVE to be related to family court/custody bc in the US it’s not illegal to have a small amount of ***** in your house…but this could eff up a custody case.

but as @Steel Magnolia has preached, Lutfi and Lynne are both unreliable narrators. I do personally believe this happened but it could so easily be a lie. Like why would someone call Lynne?

From Britney’s post today

”My family couldn't stand the fact I disappeared into oblivion in my relationship !!!! They never heard from me anymore ... like "What's her deal? We want to know!" 6 months later my dad took over my whole career and cut all my friends out and boyfriend”

The boyfriend sounds like Adnan. 6 months before the CON would have been summer 2007, which is also around the time Lutfi claims to be Britney’s manager (Lutfi claims he was her manager June 2007).

@Steel Magnolia this got me to thinking, any idea if Lutfi and adnan remained friendly after the CON? They at least had each other’s phone numbers bc Adnan involved the Lutfis in getting the phone to Britney. One possibility is Adnan had no access to B whereas Lutfi had some way to communicate with her or someone on her team to arrange a drop off. Any thoughts on why Adnan involved lutfi for the phone drop off?

I also believe the kids are at the very base of the whole conception of the conservatorship. Like, Britney having the kids was the piece that 'derailed' the Britney gravy train, so to speak. So in order to put the train back to work, they had to get the kids from her, or at least enough out of her control that they could actually control her through them. Just another step in their controlling methods to have her work.

Absolutely they were in contact, but not prior to the phone incident..."The enemy of my enemy is my friend" was the justification for bringing Lutfi in at the time.

The phone was originally a suggestion from me to Adnan's pap buddies in December 2008, and they asked what I was doing in January (as if they wanted me to hand her the phone?) I don't think the idea had been fleshed out by that point. When I didn't bite, they had Lutfi's sister deliver the phone in a spa at a hotel in January, and had Jenny Eliscu deliver her legal papers.

Adnan did have access to Britney for the first few months of the CON, but by March I believe he was booted out...Then they brought him back in for a bit when she wouldn't cooperate with the filming of FTR, and once recording was finished they booted him out again. (Hence the plan for the phone.)

Thank you...But it's not a secret.

I made the suggestion on the JFXOnline forum for all to read at the time...I just never intended for them to involve Lutfi in the scheme.

Interesting…I was rereading Lutfi’s lawsuits. In the new lens of “yes def Lutfi was working in some capacity for team CON,” it gave a new perspective.

One thing Lutfi made clear is that he obeyed the restraining order completely (as a pro would). Britney would text Lutfi and Lutfi said he would convey messages back through Adnan and others. So Adnan was the broker between Lutfi and Britney once the restraining order was in place. Adnan (a non pro) doesn’t care about violating the RO but Lutfi, a professional, obeys the letter of the law.

I always go back to the list of people Larry rattled off in the deposition transcript and think by July 2007, she cut off all contact or fired them. I'm sure she distanced herself from them not just because of her secret relationship but because of that rehab stunt. Sam says in multiple tweets (and assuming his receipts are truthful) that he brought Lynne and Britney back together and that got me thinking if that was a critical part of his job too was to keep Britney close and be the "conduit" so to speak. Lynne was probably the only person she still cared about at that time going off that line that the crazy stalker lady could hurt her mom. I wonder if she kept that no contact with Lynne, would she have ended up in the conservatorship anyway and for that long?

For starters, Britney wouldn't be considered susceptible to undue influence if Lynne didn't have any photo proof that she was with Britney during the false incident she described in late January 2008.

Yes I have the same thought especially when you look at the other known Lutfi associates: Danny Haines, Lindsey Lohan, Amanda Bynes, Courtney Love…there is always an aspect of him being a conduit/broker between the parents and the person. But I just can’t imagine what sort of business this could be—a specialist in getting someone to talk to their parents? I DO believe this is what is happening, but I don’t have enough information to understand if that’s conjecture or a plausible theory.
