Nicki was beefing with Lil Kim bad at the time. It’s highly believed that verse in the song was about her. Because she even says after the diss “anyway, Britney...”

It was about Lil Kim. They had beef in 2010-2012. Most of her verses/features were a shot at Lil Kim around that time.

If it was about Britney, she wouldn't have said "anyway, Britney...". Plus, it makes no sense to diss somebody on their own song.
