This only worked once, I watched it in a documentary.

 

The Spice girls actually modeled for their wax figures, had their entire bodies covered in the stuff and face. 

 

It only works in that sense if you actually model for it. 

 

When you saw the girls next to the wax figures of themselves. You couldn't tell the difference. 

 

Going by a picture, isn't cutting it, as you can see, someone's blind.
