Samuel Ingham requests Britney Spears' father Jamie to be suspended as conservator and for Bessemer Trust to take full control

Britney's lawyer / legal advocate, Sam Ingham, is requesting that her father, Jamie, be suspended as co-conservator. Instead, he's asking the judge to approve that an independent trust firm, Bessemer Trust, take over as the sole conservator over Britney's estate instead. 

Britney's former business manager, Lou Taylor, has officially resigned. More on that here.

Britney's father tried to immediately hire a new business manager without consulting Britney. It appears to be an attempt to keep control over Britney's assets. 

Per TMZ:

Britney also says the move brings serious concern because Jamie's goal "is to introduce a new gatekeeper who admittedly has a major working relationship with [Jamie's] legal team."

Britney claims it's all part of Jamie's attempts to "retain full functional control of her assets, books and records."

Britney will file a petition to remove Jamie so that Bessemer can be the sole conservator.

Aaaand this could be a reason why she said she's "the happiest she's ever been." No, things are not perfect but, obviously, despite the stress a life-changing situation like this could bring, it's reasonable for her to feel renewed hope at this point. Whether or not she was being hyperbolic, idk. She could have been. She has been in the past. But I choose to believe there is some sincerity here. I'm interested to see what the body language expert says. Haven't watched that yet.
