All I can say is the estate in NC looks pretty rough - I lived down the street from it and it was overgrown by shrubs and never looked kept.  There are some other questionable activities going on around there that involved the hip hop/music industry community and I am curious now.  It's strange, for Tupac and his mom to be so well-known, it's easy to forget they lived there.  Plus it's a small, poor city.
