She needs to get in a studio with select people, and go ham on ideas. Basically what she did for Blackout she needs to do again.

Not necessarily music-wise, but the creating and crafting process she needs to do.

She's actually a really talented writer and singer and executive producer. 

I want her co-producing tracks as an Executive Producer again (as most of us love Blackout and she worked with some amazing producers on that album).  That way she can be involved and passionate about the art, and I would love for her to continue to write and maybe even one or two composed tracks too (since Everytime is such a stunning track).
