Britney is not dropping a surprise album! Why do fans do this to themselves! She might release a single soon which I can believe, but a whole album out of the blue? No! She is not Beyoncé

she announces this surprise album with the lead single and the music video aka the secret project was actually her onset for the video. 

She announces the world tour to go along with it. 

She starts up the promotion with tv performances.
