Imagine if The Neptunes produced the entire Britney album

Completely agree with OP, with the exception of Overprotected (and the remix), those aren't neptunes songs but are vital to the Britney album.

People saying it's her worst album after Britney Jean  girls acting like they never heard BOMT or OIDIA in full. 

 

Im a Slave 4 U & Boys are the obvious highlights on the album. I was like 10 when I first heard Boys and it slayed my gay soul. 'Britney' sounds like a album full of IAS4U mixed with OIDIA, and I wish they settled for the more mature sound rather than combining the two.

I'd be afraid of The Neptunes doing a whole album. It'd be another Britney Jean situation. I mean, they did a lot of production for Gwen Stefani's album The Sweet Escape, and it was lackluster.

The only reason I've ever heard that whole album anyway is because I found a copy of it in the gutter in my friend's neighborhood...go figure
