I didn't stan until overprotected remix. I remember seeing that video on MTV hits (when it used to play videos 24 hours on channel like 130 or something) and I was obsessed and would stalk the channel until I saw that birds eye view of the city and I'd start SCREAMING.

i can't necessarily pin point when but either mid/late 2007 or early 2008; nonetheless i grew up on britney (born in 1998) and my older cousins used to sit us younger kids around and educate us on britney (wish i was kidding we literally had britney spears classes at the computer when they babysat us)
