Britney holding a mysterious CD

It was actually. You could buy blank stickers shaped like a CD to print the CD image and then put it on the CD. It worked quite nicely.
there were also some CD burner that were able to "draw" an image on the CD. You had to buy CDs that were blank and the image would have no color but it was a thing anyone could do.

The photo on the CD looks like a vintage photograph from like the  1930s or 1940s.

maybe the artist/band  used some kind of vintage imagery on their album art work?

and who knows .. she was in LA at the time and there's always street performers handing out their CDs so it could be some like super obscure artist.

this is fun though, I hope we find out what it is...

I used to buy the paper adhesive cd templates and print them from my HP printer bye :imok_goo_ooze_yellow_slime_mess_blonde:

that is true, what doesn't add up is that she's coming out of a record store
