She probably took that as a good luck sign at the time when she was at that facility - 2/22 at 1:11 and made a wish that she leaves the facility alive and gets out of the conservatorship. She’s out now and it’s probably a reminder for her to have hope

I think a lot of her posts aren't actually that cryptic of enigmatic. They're just what they are but we have a tendency to think it's deeper or mysterious. But I think Britney likes to just play on her instagram and keep it fun...
