Mine is a combination of 2 nicknames I had growing up: Princess is what my mom would call me and Mimi is a nickname from someone I used to be friends with when I was younger.

That is such a cool and fun question you did!

 

So when I was in my Arts graduation I decided to change my name on Facebook (facebook era) and I put it as 'tomographyca fita' and so one my colleagues who I was hanging out with started calling me as just 'Fita', so it kinda stuck with me and people around and also because I started introducing myself like this. It was a way of distancing myself from the name and the person I was before starting to experiment and discover more myself and new stuff. Kinda like you did. :) Yeah. It helped me feel different from my "old" self, prettier, cooler, creative, etc.

this is so cringe lol but I was obsessed with moveistarplanet as a kid and this popular user was named misstaterth0t and 8 year old me just thought it was so clever lol. Anyways, I made it my user and people associate me with it sm atp I don't wanna change it hahah

I am a Mariah stan but my name has mi in it, so my old friend would call me mimi.

I actually saw her in Vegas for my birthday in 2018 and she was really good.
