She was always a boss when on stage before the con, she would give everyone else direction and that’s what made her performances so magical because it was her SHOW! 
 

Watch her vmas performance 2000s she gave a lot of stage direction there

and I remember seeing several videos of her shouting at her crew on the oops tour for making mistakes lol

and that is what someone who cares about their craft does! Because at the end of the day it was Britney’s name on the line!
