Big Fat Bass was one of the last songs recorded for Femme Fatale, almost a few weeks before the album came out.

Even if Scream & Shout was recorded in 2011, that would've been after Femme Fatale was completed. He didn't work "on Femme Fatale", as an album, he worked on Britney Jean, but he clearly gets them confused, just like how Britney always confused dates or names in interviews too (like will.i.am coming up with the It's Britney ***** phrase)

He wouldn't have cited Big Fat Bass and Femme Fatale separately if he was aware that the former belongs to the latter. And he even continues in this same podcast talking about his notes, which he pulls up right there from his phone, and reads the date as 2013, so he clearly thinks BJ is FF (let's remember BJ didn't even have a name until like a month before it came out).

 

On this new interview, he isn't even sure what he's saying, he says 2010, then 2011, the whole period of time must be a blur for him, and because of this podcast precedent, we can't take his words as gospel.
