Why did she change her mind on Domination?

Recommended Posts

‪So if the announcement was fall of  2018 and she said NO to the dance move in early 2019 and got sent away to the facility in April of 2019….what made her change her mind to actually do the Domination show if she didn’t want to do it in 2018 at the announcement? ‬ She made it sound like she knew she didn’t want to do it when she came out and didn’t speak in the infamous appearance. Why did she change her mind and start preparing the show and becoming excited about the new direction of the residency?

I don't believe she just said "no to a dance move"... There's definitely more to the story. :raven_thats_so_simone_talking_telling_preaching:

Yes exactly my thoughts. I think they knew she could rebel and quit the show so they jumped at the first thing she did to set her up. And conveniently used the dance move to send her away to make it a medical excuse for the for cancelling the show and getting sued. Insurance fraud

Sorry but this question doesn’t need to be asked. She was contractually obligated and they basically forced her

Well she said that after she said no she talked with someone and they told her they found those energy supplements in her purse, so yeah, there was more to it.  But I think it was also a culmination of all the power she was feeling in herself again and her beginning to speak up to them more and the “no” to the dance move was the moment they realized she was getting to confident with herself again and becoming harder to control.

I think that they generally knew that after she walked out of the Domination announcement her days of working to make them money were numbered. Her kids were older by then and banning access probably did not have as much sway as when they were tiny and needed her. Even though she was going through the motions, when she refused that dance move they knew she could rebel and go on strike at any time. Plan B came into operation (in my opinion) which was institutionalisation for as long as possible, maybe even indefinately. Like most of what team con did, it was probably pre-planned for such an instance (in my opinion). Loucifer had built up her business then and the Spears could carry on living off her estate for as long as they wanted. It is so sinister if you think about it.

I dont think she wanted to do "Domination" in a first place , she was pushed into it, I dont think she had any chance to say no, she didn't sign the contracts.

They just came to her and said "so you will do this and this and this otherwise you will be punished" - as she was :(

It’s obvious why. She was sick of just going through the motions to give her family a pay check. That had been happening since Onyx as stated in the book. She was sick of piece of me and performing at that point. But of course management and daddy said here’s another residency, start rehearsing. It was clear she at first had more creative control but it was quickly taken away. Long story short, she was just done.

I think the Domination contract was signed FOR her. I don't think she was happy about it, but after the Tour was so miserable, she decided Domination was too soon. I am sure some conversations happened between the casino and CON management, and they probably allegedly sent her away to hide her to make her seem sick to avoid being sued for breach of contract. It seems like a punishment to her as well as a legality for the CON people. I feel that's why at first it was "delayed" and then took a while for the cancelation announcement.

Maybr she had been assertive and difficult to them the whole week / time they were rehearsing. Maybe saying no wad the culmination of their patience and willingness to accept what she was saying. Everyone that kept her in this system was basically treating her like a child and the expectation was that she didn’t talk back or say no. Even if she didnt want to take her meds, there would be trouble.

It was also meant to scare her into submission and to prevent rebellions in the future
