It just feels like he wants to be more of a celebrity than a manager. We never had FeliciaCulottaFans or LarryRudolphFans fan pages, but we do have CadeHudsonFans.  That doesn’t necessarily mean he isn’t genuine at all, but it’s a red flag.

Aside from the fact that Britney clearly LOVES the guy - if you were lucky enough to have BRITNEY ******* SPEARS as a client, surely you'd want to promote the successful projects you worked on with her to attract new clients and expand your business, wouldn't you?
