There are definitely not that many versions of the album. The person is seeing the clean version, the explicit ones, Dolby Atmos and high quality. That's a definite exaggeration.

I got duped into buying two versions of Midnights for 1 extra song and I'm not doing it ever again.  According to Billboard, Swift is selling 20 different versions of the same album.

There are over 20 different versions of the album available on CD, LP and cassette in various colors, with different cover artwork, censored and uncensored, with and without autographs.
