How come Selena was invited to Britney's wedding but not Miley?

If it was sent the day of the wedding, how come Paris said no to performing for Biden because of the wedding. Plus, Madonna lives in London she would need to know the date to be there.

 

Iirc Miley doesn't work with her abusers, she works with security guards that were also hired by team con, which is different

Wasn’t it confirmed by one of the photographers at the wedding that Miley was invited but she couldn’t make it as the invites were sent out 1 week before the wedding? Mariah, iggy, Nicki, Gaga, Kate hudson were all invited too but couldn’t make it from short notice (and 4 other female celebrities were invited but I can’t remember who the photographer said the other ones were, 9 in total)
