Pharrell would have been miles better even though his work with The Neptunes/Chad is where he shines the most tbh. will.i.am is such an overrated producer and was hugely responsible for the demise of soulless, over-autotuned mainstream pop from 2008-14/15.

Honestly Will I am’s production is known for its futuristic sound and robotic vocals. It was very natural to me that Myah Marie “assisted” in a lot of the songs in BJ, and to this day I’m baffled by the fan reaction towards BJ.
