If she DID keep Britney's name out, we wouldn't care. Most people don't care what she posts on instagram if it's not Britney related. If she shades or talks about Britney for her advantage, we will definitly feel for Britney and side with her. Us not liking JL is the exact consequence of lying and using and stealing from Britney. So your logic is that we not express how we feel about people who use Britney? Somehow not liking the fact that someone who sides with abusers doing it again is being not logical?
