For me it's Felicia or Sam.

Felicia may have called Brit about what she said about her lying.
Felicia probably told Brit that she was not lying + told Brit what she maybe thought about her not speaking to Lynne anymore, or telling what she think about Brit's strange attitude + n u d e s.

Sam because he is the love of her life + he seems to have moved in a little house with the 2 dogs yesterday.

Thought so too but she might have when up to a bad text and had a fight on the phone. But i also think Sam is the most likely. You don't cry worse than ever before for friends.
