It’s confirmed to be a fan design, not official.  All the Britney’s (sadly) have lips and I’m sure this will be no different.  They’d look so much better without lips imo.  But glad she’s getting so many!

I mean, it's cute but whoever designed it didn't do their research. Britney didn't have bangs during the Ellen Von Unwerth photoshoot and the hat was much bigger. But I'll cut them slack for the shoes because I don't think we even know what they looked like lol

The Blackout Album cover was included in a list of rumored funkos to be released this year and many on that list have been released, so it’s likely!

they've made Funkos of the most random things from other franchises. Even with Pokémon you'd think they'd go only for the most popular characters, but they've done some less popular such as Pidgeotto or Horsea, which haven't been featured in any other major media within the Pokémon world since 20 years ago or more.

 

They also take requests for consideration, so in the hypothetical case that lots of fans suggested a particular look or video or album, they would most likely consider it. They have a form you can fill in their website with all your suggestions / requests.
