She has actually done a lot more than most people.  If you look online, there's a lot that you can find, not that what you can find should matter, because people who care to help others shouldn't do it for the clout.

 

She's donated costume sales and ticket sales to Flood Relief in Louisiana, she's donated paintings of her own and artwork sales to charity, 

she has donated to this list of organizations:

Barbara Davis Center for Childhood Diabetes, Dress for Success, Elevate Hope Foundation, EJ AIDS Foundation, Janie's Fund, Keep A Child Alive, Kids Wish Network, Luke Neuhedel Foundation, Music Rising, Promises Foundation, Red Cross, Save the Children, Save the Music Foundation, St. Bernard Project, United Way

She donated 250K to the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation, she donated to Haitian relief, she donated an Emergency vehicle to one of NOLA's first aid stations, donated to the Las Vegas Massacre relief fund, $25,000 to IDOL Gives Back

She opened a Children's Cancer Campus in Vegas.

 

And she even recently talked about how she believes it's best to do nice things without people even knowing you were the one who did them, so I'd be willing to say she has probably donated to many charities that didn't run a story on her donation in addition to the many that have.

 

Could she do more with what she has?  You seem to believe so, but keep in mind, she had a small monthly allowance for the last 13 years and was treated with little kindness and still found the time to be thinking of others who are less fortunate than her.

So the only irony here is you saying that she "doesn't do anything to give back" when that's very much not the case.
