First off, it's included in the pre con reel.

Second, how did I miss that whole thing?!?  The month/year was December 2013.

I wondered that too, I figure she saw the picture and thought she looked good (she does, she looks great there) and therefore assumed it must have been from pre-con times :(

I remember the whole Lucky magazine disaster... I couldn't even believe what I was seeing... I can't tell if she wore a wig or it's terrible photoshop.

Agreed  2013/2014ney photoshoots are a national treasure and underrated by a lot of fans on here. I specifically remember when this shoot came out and how the locals were praising it. What a time.

This just shows Britney is not a fool - she KNOWS when her performances are bad and her photo shoots are bad. And they have been because she’s has zero control and input and was forced. Her artistic eye and flair will always be there and it’s aligned to what we think too
