It’s crazy to me they did this all the same day, this interview was kinda sad to watch as a fan I could tell Britney didn’t seem well and that she was under a lot of stress, also the fact that her eyes keep darting to the side as if there’s someone there making sure she says everything they rehearsed correctly

Well she was about to embark on a forced tour & then Domination ( think she knew then already as the shot also for Domination's promotion) so yeah she was miserable and she looks angry too. And for not watching in the eyes, it's also from low self esteem / confidence thing.
