Could this (or the lead up to this) be the thing that finally made Britney want to put her money in a trust?

I mean it not as the sole reason, but more as the final straw, as I also think the decision to marry Kevin and the Jason LV marriage situation played a part in that decision (I believe the impulse nye marriage was a desperate first try at personal independence, the sjb trust a smart try at financial independence ahead of the upcoming second marriage, and the second marriage a better but still naive and hurried try to get 'free', which totally backfired)

They actually gave more money to Cri-help than to Mercy Ministries. I would hope it was out of the kindness of their hearts but maybe it was for something else.

I don’t think so bc Larry gets about double the pay of Lou and takes none of the risk… IMO that indicates Larry was perceived as having more power than Lou. And that’s why it was super important for Lou to control Jamie.

IMO Lou WANTED her name on the documents to build a reputation for herself. AND Larry absolutely did not want his name of the Documents bc of legal repercussions

Instead of using all of the LLC's that were part of the SJB Revocable Trust, a new set of LLC's was created with James' name on them.

James isn't smart enough to be creating all of these companies...He's a business failure. 

So who was actually running them?

Oh I see. Yeah I think Larry is running most of the operations and biz strategy.
