How can people share inside info if accounts are banned?

I'm getting messages from people who have been banned on Exhale for sharing information which sounds absolutely ******* bizarre to me? We report on rumors all the time?!

No one has been banned for "sharing info", whatever that means.

Accounts get banned for bad behavior, spamming (and that is after lots of reports and warning points), but most commonly, users are banned for CREATING DUPE ACCOUNTS.
