Producer Steve Anderson talks Britney’s beloved unreleased ballad ‘State Of Grace’. This song was officially released by Christophe Willem as "Entre Nous Et Le Sol" for his second studio album Caféine in 2009.

Steve only mentions about the song structure and how he wanted it to start and finish with the chorus, nothing much else. We already know Britney loves the song and wanted it on an album but it didn’t fit the vibe of blackout.

i wish britney recorded 'afterglow', as well, another song produced by steve. it would've made 'blackout' so much hotter.

I don't agree. It had totally it's place on Blackout.

I'm still mad they scrapped all the personal / slower songs.
