I’m trying to think of a time where people were turning in their Stan card, and what comes to mind is - 

the entire femme fatale era but most notably the tour 

when she went on Glee for . 2 seconds 

the fact that the mannequin rehearsal choreography was never used in live shows 

when she released “ohh la la” 

When she didn’t sing “every time” live on the Circus tour .. everyone had to get used to her lipsynching (mostly everything) from that point on.

The exhell era, wasn't a member then. But I would describe it has a legacy of it's own, and doing research I'm quite sure it was very anti top 40 pop music fans and more avant garde fans into artsy pop and no Gaga artpop album isn't the Artpop genre itself
