I want to create an app

Hey Exhale, I have been thinking a lot lately about making a web-based app or an actual app. I have some ideas, but would love to know what you think would be cool.

This would not be a BreatheHeavy app. The forum software is not capable of being an app at the moment. This idea would be something separate from Britney / celebrity news.

Would love to hear any ideas!

I mean, I know you're asking for ideas haha, but what drives you to do it in the first place? You'll be successful if you have a clear objective or view. THEN people can help you with the details...

Once I heard that if YOU have a need, then others will have it as well, and eventually join you. I mean, don't think outside of yourself...

Jordan, you're a fantastic speaker / spokesperson, and this place needs more face-to-face interaction, so maybe something where people can interact giving opinions on a topic with audio and pictures? Not sure how to handle storage/streaming space and such though...

I've actually been thinking a lot about a social media app where the premise is voice only. No video or photos. Your timeline is audio notes and people respond back with a voice note and it auto-transcribes the audio into text as well.

If it has the same aggressive and often belittling censorship that the forum has, I don’t see it working, or want to be apart of it. In theory it could be a great idea tho.

Maybe some sort of video app that could be tied with Breatheheavy? IDK but I really do crave more conversation style with the people of this forum where it feels more realtime rather than just 1 response a day. Its hard to find people to have our fun pop culture conversations with unless they are directly on this forum.

Would be great to eventually get a BreatheHeavy app, since its dire on mobile devices. 

And as an App idea you could use it to maybe be an e-shop where people could buy and sell Britney and related memorabilia? 

The idea of what you want an app for would be better coming from you, like what problem are you trying to solve and why? 

Questions you need to ask yourself or whoever: 

• What's the problem im trying to solve
• Why am i trying to solve it
• How am i going to solve it
• What assests do i need to solve it (software, app builder, etc)
• How will it integrate into the persons mobile life too solve it
• Then, if i solved it how do i keep people coming back to it

Would be great to see though, sending good vibes your way

Working on implementing some new real-time features in the next few months! For example, you will be able to see when a member is typing a response, when a member is viewing a topic in real-time (and when they left the topic) as well as a live chat feature.

Will you be buying the app idea from the person who’s idea you run with? Will they be involved in the apps creation the entire time? There’s more details to over through a contract. Seems like you have read The 48 Laws of Power.

No shade to Jordan, because he’s smart, but Exhale is exactly what law 7 states. And I’m cool with it because I enjoy making threads and interacting with others. The fact that you want someone to give you an idea that is totally not of your brand of Britney/BH/Celebrity concerns me for the person pitching the idea.
