Same  I felt her presence in pop culture more than artists like Madonna. Then again, I’ve heard Mariah is more local unlike Madonna who is far more global and well, this list is based off worldwide stats.

It was Britney. Janet had a larger peak but Britney was most searched, overall. Not sure where he also thinks that Paris was more searched. Don’t listen to Blackout2006, she drinks.

I believe Shakira had the highest peak for a female artist in 2020 but she was definitely not the most searched. This list is based on daily search trends throughout all of 2020 so not sure what that other source is basing their receipts from.
