Yeah, I was gonna be like? I've been posting on exhale since 2008.  I'm not an outsider. But yas, Britney fans are very passionate. But I think this is not just unique to our fanbase, as a lot of people have mentioned. A lot of people have unhealthy relationship with both celebrity AND technology. It's a bad combo.

When I was younger I totally fed into that dumb rivalry between artists. I disliked any female who was doing better than Britney, which was just idiotic. But I think a lot of people take being apart of a fandom as part of their identity, so they have stakes in how their faves are doing. 

Luckily I'm an adult now and don't see the world that way anymore. Now I'm just happy for everyone to succeed.

in no way do I mean for this to be offensive but 

atleast shaki is still a little bit active in her career despite taking a break

shes still doing projects and songs here and there and connecting 

and her career is 30+ years long 
yes I do know Britney’s case is different but I still wanna listen to New music Ya know
