#FREEBRITNEY | Britney’s Gram Received Worrying Voicemail Regarding Britney

Recommended Posts

I am so confused right now. I'm not going to believe any article until May 10 comes and we see what happens after the hearing. This whole thing is giving me anxiety.... So Lynne is in LA and yet Britney is seeing driving around without her mom? Didn't Lynne had another lawyer and now turns out another lawyer will represent her? She wanted Britney free and now turns out she doesnt want the conservatorship to end?

So, my best friend just messaged me and was like, “I heard Britney went crazy again, I feel so bad for her. I hope she retires.”

So, then I told her she’s actually not allowed to retire, and explained very briefly the insane limitations of the conservatorship (no internet, driving, access to own money, etc). So, she was totally in disbelief, but then I sent her the Miley and LaChappelle posts, plus the leaked Britney voicemail.

So, now she asked for screenshots of the court documents because she wants to post them all over social media (as someone in PR/marketing, she’s super active on there).

My question: since there is SO much information, which are some of the most damning (and succinct) screenshots I could provide?

@Meaner03 Open to any suggestions! :)

@Applejack has a good one about Lou Taylor that I feel is a good overview.

I'm glad he got the restraining order, but I'm also glad he's fighting back the accusations about inpersonating Britney on the emails leaked :haha: He seems pretty sure about that

Britney Spears Granted Restraining Order Against Sam Lutfi

May 8, 2019 at 11:41 am PDT

11:54 PM PT — According to Lutfi’s opposition filing to the restraining order, he claims to have not contacted Britney since 2009, and does not believe text messages to Lynne Spears and tweets about the singer should result in a restraining order.

Lutfi also says he has not caused “substantial emotional distress” to Britney, and believes her team’s move to block his public comments is a restraint on free speech.

In fact, Lutfi claims he was the one who has been disparaged by Britney, arguing that she accused him of forgery and impersonation in the video she posted weeks ago.

However, regardless of Lutfi’s argument, the judge in the case felt there was a need for protection and granted the restraining order. He must stay at least 200 yards away from the singer, her parents and her kids.

After the hearing, Lutfi’s attorney told The Blast, “We are Disappointed in the results. We feel this is overly broad and violates Mr. Lutfi’s constitutional rights. This is only temporary and we look forward To arguing the matter more fully at the hearing for a more permanent restraining order on May 28th.”

Sam Lutfi is fighting back against the temporary restraining order filed by Britney Spears and her legal team, however a judge ordered him to stay away and granted Britney’s request.

As The Blast first reported, Spears filed for a TRO against her former manager, asking for him to stay away from her, her father, mother and two sons.

Spears’ legal team, and her father Jamie, were all in court Wednesday when a judge approved the temporary order.

According to the documents, Spears’ legal team claims Lutfi has been sending harassing and threatening texts and tweets to Britney Spears and her family.

They claim Lutfi’s actions have caused “severe mental trauma” while interfering with her life.

Spears’ legal team claims Lutfi is trying to disrupt Britney’s conservatorship through calls for “vigilante action, bribes and release of private information.” They claim his actions are problematic for Britney’s safety and well-being and make it clear they need him kept away to “prevent future harm and further psychological trauma.”

Lutfi was Britney Spears’ manager in the early 2000s and her family holds him responsible for her mental downfall in 2008.

He later sued Britney’s parents after Lynne accused him of being the “gatekeeper” and contributing to Britney’s illness, and the two parties settled for an undisclosed amount.

Thank you to you and your best friend! Any exposure would be fantastic!

I’ve been sounding the “Britney’s conservatorship is completely illogical and forcing her to do things she doesn’t want to do” alarm for over a decade now to her, so I think she first saw me as the Stan who cried wolf. :selenerz:

But now she just sent me the following after listening to the voicemail: “That is heartbreaking and it sounds like her.”

And she’s not a Stan, so she can actually get the word out to people without everyone automatically assuming it’s an insane fan that’s in denial about how Britney’s starpower has faded, or something.

So maybe Lynne, Bryan and Jamie Lynn aren't in California?

Usually conservatorships go through civil courts and almost always without a jury.  (In some states a jury trial of 6 jurers can be requested.) A probate court is nothing like a criminal court unfortunately, and it seems grossly unfair that people can be put under a conservatorship without the high standard of proof required in criminal courts.   These are courts of opinion and judgement as to what is best for a person and our most fundamental rights can be removed by these courts in proceedings that can be as brief as 15 minutes.

I should probably know this, but how does one get involved in movements to reform Conservatorships / Guardian Abuse legislation?   Does reform ever happen?

Thank you! However, my friend as of now has no clue who Lou Taylor is. I’m wondering if I’ll just confuse her/anyone who reads the posts. I’m wondering if, for purposes of educating the GP, we shouldn’t just stick to the most egregious bullet points and mention only those names with familiarity in the GP.

As the current Mueller investigation has shown, people become way too overwhelmed with mountains of data and then just stop looking into it (or never even attempt to begin in the first place). Remember: people are VERY lazy, especially when it’s something that doesn’t directly (or tangibly) pertain to their own lives.
