Could anyone who knows law in U.S, explain something to me?

This particular case has its own positive thing for Britney; Her fame. This case is public and could get a massive attention. They're judges and attorneys for this case but, according to U.S law, if there is/are anyone who suspect or want this case to be revised, could the person request an inspection ex officio after this week?

In other countries, there are cases which some particular or interes files a complaint and the case goes to be revised by other different judges. So, could it be a possibility?
