Perhaps I'm heated after Sam liked a #FreeBritney post or maybe this month has been hard to take. But each time these "nay sayers" or members of Team Cship open their mouths it drives me to fight harder. 

Mental illness does not warrant one losing their rights. Especially since she really didn't do anything that crazy. Her behavior was not that erratic. She was trolling most of the time. Her sperm giver decided that Britney living her life will cut off his meal ticket. This entire thing is about her being a rich woman with a mental illness. And the prejudice that ensues. If Britney was a man, If Britney was not rich this would not have happened.

Everything was stripped because "she is sick." But misery is better than Britney being free and the uncertainty that it brings, right? It does not matter what she wants, what she needs. As long as the dollars keep coming in, as long as she makes more music, does more shows. So that she can be criticized for her eye make up or her dance skills. REAL FANS would care about her wishes not about their selfish wants. **** MuuMuse, T.Kyle and everyone of her "fans" that does not care or won't speak up. They just want more and don't care about the pain she feels.  All that she has and been working for since age 2, all that she achieved, all she wanted was ripped away.

But "what if this is a conspiracy theory?" Then we will be a shining a light on the fact that this "conservatorship" set up ranks along with civil asset forfeiture. A legal way to take everything away from a person and have no ability to fight it. How many others are suffering but we don't know them? How many lost their entire lives because the state stepped in? 

I said this before Britney's legacy will not be "The Legend of Her Fall."  She has moved the conversation behind mental health, her case is exposing conservatorships world wide, she showed her ineradicable strength in the face of powerlessness. She showed how much she loves her kids. But beyond that she has proven that no matter what, she can keep going and she will.

I am so proud of her, and this fanbase. I cannot believe the veil has been lifted, I would have never imagined this 10 years ago, or even 3 years ago when I had completely blind folded myself to the situation again. This is a really cool time in pop culture to be witnessing first hand  I have very good feelings for her about her future

In fact, seeing all this and how her team is reacting only makes me feel bad. Not long ago we were discussing the cship on this very same forum and I was made fun of, when I asked if there was anything we could do about it. I feel we kinda failed this woman for a long time, not standing up for her before, like we're doing now. Well, better late than never!

If its nothing more than a conspiracy theory, then, at the very least, we have learned that guardianship/conservatorship abuse is a very real thing that happens very, very often in our court system, because our courts cannot keep up with all the paperwork and also tend to typically have like-- farmers as judges. As JUDGES. (Say what you want about the South, but the part I'm from, you have to go to law school to become a judge. I love my home city for that.) Anyway, if nothing else and we are all wrong about Britney, we have all been educated on what can actually pass as just and right in our very fractured justice system to people who don't have a spotlight like Britney does. People who aren't famous, who reach a certain age and get completely bamboozled.

So there's that, absolutely. And one cannot say, with the above stated and all the evidence we have dug up, that we do not have good reason to worry. (Especially when the former Judge is holding seminars bragging about having celebs in C Ships? What the actual ****?)

And I would've taken that as "valid" if that video wasn't accompanied by that caption talking about stuff like Sam Lutfi emails that hadn't even been picked up by the media, and whom hasn't been mentioned by Britney in 11 years. Or the fact that she looked completely different from the candids we got the day before and the day after. 

We can't assure that her team "is evil" and other things that are just assumptions, but there are many things that are very clear, that have evidence out there, but if we're just gonna take that video as the only official proof I think it gets refuted by her physical appearance that doesn't match the current candids and makes me believe it was taken when she first entered the facility and not 28 days later, or the fact that she's clearly lying/acting with the constant blinking and body language in general. 

 

But independently of what happened with her stay at the facility, and EVEN if she's somehow now convinced that being in a conservatorship is ok, it is not, and whether is for the benefit of her conservator or team, or in some twisted way, for her own benefit (doubt so) it's clearly an abuse of the laws and system and should be investigated.

I think you are right.  Also, this is a chance to educate people on what guardianship and conservatorship really means in terms of losing rights and power over your own money and decision-making.   Sometimes, due to lack of oversight by courts throughout the nation these arrangments can be dangerous due  exploitation by the people put in total control of every decision related to the money. Nobody watches what these people really do who are granted supreme control of other human beings and that's very WRONG.  We need independent oversight and auditing of expenses paid out of the estate. Everybody is watching this case, which is a very good thing.  And it will open up discussions about the wrongs being committed within the secrecy of this system in general.

Don’t feel bad dude like I have said before, I was 10000% #FreeBritney 10 years ago when I BECAME a fan. I wouldn’t have given them a dime back in the day and over the years I slowly drank the kool aid and even started defending the c-ship at times ? 

We did fail her, but we were a very confused fanbase. We also let them play with our emotions and we were sold the ‘living her best life’ narrative and bought it. Those days are over. Sheep no more.

She made the industry so much money and had too much power . They had to knock her down or control her .... she was going off script ... no artist has had this much power in a long time.
