If Britney then saw Britney now... I feel sorry for her cause you know she’d be depressed as f.  But hey maybe she would have stopped smoking, avoided drugs, insisted on artistic integrity and genuinely continued to have a truly legendary career. As of this moment, she is a so-called legend in memory only. Pretty soon even that will fade and folks won’t give her the free pass anymore. Has-been will replace “living legend”.  Wish she would have an ounce of pride to prove me wrong but we already know who is really behind her continued residencies: her money hungry team.

Funny thing at the time, in 2008/09, the energy was still seemingly off a little bit. It’s okay, she was getting back into the groove, that popstar grind, and was a bit rusty. We’ve come a long way
