If I was on her team I'd suggest she gets some microblading and eyelash extensions. Since she doesn't like sitting to have her makeup done, microblading would make her eyebrows look defined, darker but natural all the time without having to fill them with makeup.

And eyelash extensions to make her eyes pop more naturally without having to use all that dark eye makeup she ends up smearing.

She looks so amazing though   and her smile looks great!
