This has good choreography, a decent execution, pre-recorded vocals, great effects, backdrop, etc.

VMA's lacked all of these things, the outfit was as bad as this one, had a close-up lip sync fail with a handheld mic to some song that's not even hers. And she did it all on live TV for the world to see.

ok I sounded delusional af  but I can't with FFTney being scrutinized while 2016ney is praised. Both have flaws, good days and bad days.
