Remember,, this was done in the summer of 2003. To me, it revealed a lot about the person.

 

The people who chose Britney chose her because they genuinely like her music/personality and were actual fans.

The people who chose Floptina did it to be trendy because she was really popular and making headlines during the summer of 2003.

The people who choose both of them were insecure within their careers and didn't want to alienate potential fans.

The people who created their own choice were narcissist who felt offended that Britney Spears was mentioned during their interview.

The people who didn't choose anyone really just didn't care ,at all, about this interview.
