Why Does Britney Keep Mispronouncing Tinashe's Name?

Seriously, why does Britney keep saying "'Tee-NAH-sha" (tɪˈnɑːʃæ) instead of "Tee-NAH-shay" (tɪˈnɑːʃeɪ)?

Has Tinashe changed the pronunciation of her name? If not, why won't she (or anyone else) tell Ms. Spears how to properly say her name? It's happened at least three times now. Some may laugh it off, but is it anything to be worried about? Where's Larry Rudolph?! Where's Adam Leber?! Why aren't they informing Brit? Is this a joke?

I think it's weird that Tinashe still has "Tee•NAH•shay" written on her insta... I see her as a really great girl, but this constant pointing out how to pronounce it, is getting on my nerves...

Rihanna doesnt even know how to pronounce her own name. She pronounces it like Ri-AN-nah instead of Ri-AH-nah.

It's actually pretty simple when you put some educated thought into it. Same with Keysha... it's just due to her accent. The way she naturally pronounces things.. when speaking fluidly it just comes out. It's a vowel/dictation thing. Nothing more, nothing less

I wouldn't be surprised if Tinashe being the stan that she is never corrected Britney, so she doesn't even realize she's pronouncing it wrong.
