I respect the Tragically Hip and Gord Dowie but this album has been around for 11 years, the televised concert was a week ago. How can it still be selling well enough to out do Britney?? Come on. 

And yes Celine is #1 but I feel like being a French language album, she won't be able to hold that spot ..

Well... all her french albums debuted at #1 in Canada since 1998  ... Believe it or not... her last French album in 2012 sold more than 300K in Canada Only. Since we can't win... I bought my digital copy in Canada, but i will order my physical copy From USA.
