I don't agree that glory is better than Blackout & in the zone

This isn't a negative thread guys! Glory is an amazing album full of amazing vocals, production and passion - possibly britneys best vocal performance EVER.

However.. it's not innovative like Blackout and In the Zone. Glorys sound isn't generic but it also isnt different like what ITZ or Blackout was in terms of pushing the boundaries with sound. This is why those albums stood the test of time.. because it was so far in front of the trends around those times.

Tbh I'm finding myself cringing when people say glory is better than the masterpieces that is blackout and itz. Glory has great tracks, and I'm in love with it! But cmon guys.. the productions are not ahead of the times or anything mind blowing.

Just my two cents! My favourite tracks;

Liar

Make me

Just like me

Love me down.

Peace :)

I agree w you. Still loving it tho! Its a bop train bop after bop

It's most defiantly one of her best albums and is so much better than circus and britney jean. Femme fatale/glory are on par with each other tbh! I ******* love femme fatale even though it's a generic mess but every song is catchy and it's the best work out album.

Glory is gonna be the best album to have *** to ;)

I think it's all down to opinions as we all have different tastes. I personally don't like ITZ all that much, I think it's all a bit samey.

My fave is Blackout but atm i'm starting to believe Glory will overtake it for me as you can tell she worked so hard on it and put major effort in whereas even though Blackout is amazing, she basically just recorded her vocals and the producers went to work to make it amazing. Glory seems to have had 100 times more effort on her part.

You must be joking. Change your mind, Coupure Electrique, and Slumber Party are three perfect examples of this album being innovative and different! She's experimented with various fields and styles in this album and this may be her most diverse album yet. What the hell.

P.S. You already stated your opinion in the other thread making another post about it is redundant.
