She was an accountant for Britney but a business mgr for Jamie Lynn, until Jamie Lynn returned to acting and she's now got someone else. TriStar is accounting.

Someone like Justin probably didn't like the fact TriStar charge a min of 500k per year when the artist is on hiatus.

Interestingly so, Justin Bieber had rumors of being broke and he sold his catalog rights for 200 million dollars one or two years ago… could it be that Lou is stupid enough to have done the same twice…? (Allegedly of course)
