I'm not delusional about a comeback but an account like that wouldn't just randomly follow someone out of the blue without some catalyst. Those social media managers have so much going on that I doubt they would've noticed they weren't following her randomly. Could've been an ask from above. Also, you can't just follow someone as a social media manager without approval so...Doesn't mean she's coming back but there are likely conversations happened that prompted it.
