What goes around comes around. Justin Timberlake is reportedly "seething" that his drama with Britney is "overshadowing his new music." 

An insider tells Page Six: “Justin had hoped the backlash [Britney's memoir] would’ve blown over by now so that he could focus on his new album, which he’s very excited about, but every day is something new." 

Britney recently offered an apology to Justin for some of things she revealed in her book (her truth btw). At his show last week, Justin seemingly responded, saying he would "like to take this opportunity to apologize to absolutely f–king nobody.” Britney caught wind of that and pushed back. 

"Someone told me someone was talking **** about me on the streets," she said. "Do you want to bring it to the court or will you go home crying to your mom like you did last time ??? I’m not sorry !!!"

How despicable and disappointing. 

I was a huge fan of both of them as a tween (ofc a bigger fan of Britney) and their breakup devastated me and even though he was thrashing her in the media, I was still able to compartmentalize that and appreciate his music. But here he is in his 40s still with that same, underlying jealousy. He must hate her deep down to still be carrying on this way and doing what he's doing.

I used to be the same! I did enjoy his music and could compartmentalize it because I enjoyed his music. But NO more. He's also disrespecting Janet Jackson with that comment about how he has to apologize to NOBODY. How can he come back from this? A mess.

It just dawned on me, when all those spoilers from the memoir were coming out, she still extended empathy to him but making a post about how the media twists things and how what she wrote was being misconstrued. And then the other day she makes her apology to seemingly extend an olive branch and he does this. Such infantile and misogynistic behavior from him, which I don't understand because wasn't he raised by a single mother?

Yeah that is interesting. I think she was! We don't ever hear about his Father. But regardless of that he is a grumpy and tired 40+ year old man. He needs to do better.

I think the whole thing is so petty and ridiculous, but the man obviously has some bad karma that god is working out on him. He should try to learn from his actions.

To sum up Justin, he is a fallen star. His last album Man of the Woods flopped commercially and also was terrible, he cheated on his wife, he gave one of the worst ranked superbowl performances of all time, the public became woke about his treatment to Britney, Janet, etc. And then he tried to drum up attention by teasing an N Sync reunion only to shift and do another solo album with disappointing songs so far. His career is really teetering and all because of his own bad actions and poor attitude and lack of talent. The only attention he gets now is when he puts down Britney. It's really pathetic.

Say what you want about Britney but she dealt with a lot of stuff, was honest about it in her book, doesn't even want to be in the industry anymore, yet still has recent successes and is beloved by many. Plus if you read the book she was pretty gentle about Justin, what she said was simply her side of the story, he already told his and was a complete D about it in the media and used it for attention for years and multiple albums. The only big songs he had were Michael Jackson rejects, if MJ was in a better place the songs never would have gone to JT and we wouldn't have a solo career.

Britney may have some baggage, but Justin has some nasty undereye bags that match his crap personality. He looks tired, sad, and angry. He looks like someone that stormed the Capitol on January 6th.
