This is interesting to me. It sounds as if Pharrell originally envisioned the song to be an almost laid back humble brag kinda love song, something along the lines of Gwen Stefani's Luxurious, which is why he's referencing things that Britney could have related to, but Britney had other ideas with it made it a more mid tempo ballad about KFed and the divorce and moving on from her situation.

It's just mumbling to get the melody/rhythm of the lyrics, so they can work on the real lyrics later.
